I am an MCC Coach with the International Coach Federation. I bring to my coaching practice a variety of experiences with non-profit corporations and government entities. As a retired senior U.S. Navy officer, I understand the nuances of large organizations as well as the leadership challenges of working with a large workforce. My experience as chief executive officer of a medium size, religious, non-profit allows me to work with the dynamics of leadership while managing a large group of volunteers. Finally, my work as a coach and consultant with a local city government gives me a unique perspective in helping leaders navigate the intricacies of effecting change in local communities. I am bicultural and bilingual with fluency in Spanish and have worked around the country as well as overseas. This experience allows me to understand diversity and multiculturalism. As a coach, I help leaders and organizations discover new ways to achieve success. I am versed in exploring new paths to successfully manage conflict.
